User Lookup

Staff only.

How to Use

1. Go to Management → User Lookup tab

2. Enter a Discord ID or username

3. Click Lookup

Information Shown

Section	Details
License	Plan, key, expiry date, status
Hardware	HWID, last heartbeat, app version
Cookies	Total, healthy, expired, last check
Session	Live (from app) or last known (from DB)
Role	standard / club33 / staff

Cookie stats show "live" when the user is actively connected (data from their current session) or "last known" when pulled from the licenses table in Supabase.

Staff Actions

Action	Description
Reset HWID	Unbinds license from current PC. User can activate on a new device.
Extend License	Add days to expiry date
Revoke License	Immediately disable their access
Enable License	Re-enable a revoked license
Set Role	Change between standard / club33 / staff
